Westside decorated a massive street-legal shopping cart traversing the streets of Miami, distributing popsicles, drinks, and various items from Publix grocery store. This attention-grabbing spectacle garnered millions of views, effectively raising awareness for Instacart's new ultrafast service in Miami.
AKR racing “Feel the Speed”
Westside teamed up with IMSA race driver Alexander Koreiba to introduce a genuine racing experience to Miami's Wynwood district. Featuring live local artistry, RC car races, Topo Chico drink giveaways, lawn games, and enthusiastic brand ambassadors, we successfully spotlighted Instacart's service partnership with Publix.
Mariano’s “Monstacart”
Westside unleashed "Monstacart" onto the streets of Chicago during Halloween weekend. With monsters stationed in a colossal shopping cart, "Monstacart" delighted the city with giveaways of Stan's donuts and caramel apples. This captivating display elicited numerous smiles and amassed millions of views on TikTok and Instagram.
Fairway Market “Savor the Season”
Westside transformed the Fairway Market 74th Street cafe in Manhattan's Upper West Side into an Instacart Winter Wonderland. Guests enjoyed a luxurious traditional holiday dinner amidst a vibrant, photo-worthy living room setting. Children reveled in a beautiful craft room experience. To add to the magic, the abominable snowman conjured snow from the rooftop on an otherwise sunny day, delighting passersby. Santa arrived with his giant 7-person sled, ready to capture memorable moments and listen to children's holiday wishes. Attendees savored a hot meal while enjoying partnerships with various brands available at Fairway Market.
Latin Grammys
Westside organized an exclusive gathering during the Latin Grammys, bringing together Latin artists in a private event. Transforming a penthouse suite at the MGM into a vibrant creator house, we fostered a collaborative space where artists were paired with TikTok content creators. This environment was carefully curated to inspire and facilitate the creation of engaging TikTok videos.
88 Rising “Microwave Challenge"
Westside arranged a massive TikTok Microwave exhibit at the Head in the Clouds concert venue in Los Angeles, offering attendees the opportunity to capture photos on a colossal rotating microwave.
KCON “Gummy Bear Challenge”
Westside took over a space at KCON to manifest the viral "Gummy Bear Challenge"
Comi-Con
Westside deployed a street team decked out in TikTok attire to cover Comicon, distributing merchandise to the thousands of attendees.
"Bird’s of Prey"
Westside teamed up with WB to commandeer the Ovation at Hollywood and Highland. Our brand ambassadors managed photo booths, assisted attendees in crafting TikTok videos, and contributed to decorating and promoting the Birds of Prey movie at the premiere.
TikTok “In the Heights”
Westside orchestrated an immersive experiential event highlighting TikTok during the premiere launch of In the Heights. Transforming a restaurant into a Cuban-American New York bodega, we drew inspiration from the vibrant and authentic atmosphere of New York's bodega scene. The space exuded brightness and creativity, meticulously adorned with items and props reflective of the Hispanic-American neighborhoods of NYC.
For the first time in 10 years, IMSA returned to Indianapolis, and Westside Agency represented race car driver Alexander Koreiba by partnering with YOBI.
We offered small and large businesses the chance to partner with Alex and the event by being showcased in various forms, such as race car decals, helmets, and race suits.
We also provided a customized Dropbox folder with tailored content exclusively designed for the AI company YOBI.
With the event receiving millions of views, partnering with Yobi enhanced brand awareness and established a creative and enjoyable association with the event.
